Position : Chief Resident Engineer

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in construction supervision

  • Certified Professional Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

  • Familiar with large infrastructure projects in particular earthworks

  • Strong problem solving and technical report writing skills

  • Able to liaise effectively with client, contractor, local authorities and relevant parties

  • Advise, direct and monitor the day-to-day duties of construction supervision team

  • To ensure the construction activities be carried out in accordance to construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITP and to issue instruction for remedying faults

  • Supervise and oversee the construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

  • Monitor the construction work progress based on approved work program and implementation schedule

  • Manage and coordinate documentation for authority submissions and approval

  • Attend all meetings with clients, contractors, local authorities and relevant parties as required

Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

 

Position : Asisstant Resident Engineer

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision works

  • Candidate must be registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

  • Familiar with Rancangan Tebatan Banjir (RTB) projects. Local candidates from Batu Pahat are preferred

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

  • Able to liaise effectively with client, contractor, local authorites and relevent parties

 

Job Descriptions

  • Assist Resident Engineer to supervise and oversee the construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

  • Coordinate with the contractor in witnessing the inspections and testing

  • Ensure proper maintenance of site diary and other daily inspection records

  • Attend all meetings with clients, contractors, local authorities and relevant parties as required

Batu Pahat, Johor

 

Position : Inspector of works (M&E)

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in installation works of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) components

  • Candidate must be registered as Certified Inspector of Works with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

  • Familiar with Irrigation and Drainage projects. Local candidates from Pekan, Pahang are preferred

  • Candidate shall be conversant in both mechanical and electrical systems

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

  • Able to liaise effectively with client, contractor, local authorities and relevant parties

Job Descriptions

  • To assist the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) in coordinating inspections for mechanical and electrical systems activities

  • To supervise and carry out inspection of day-to-day site activities and works

  • Report any non-conforming matters identified during inspections to the Assistant Resident Engineer and follow up with contractors to ensure corrective actions are taken

  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, local authorities and relevant parties as required

Pekan, Pahang

 

Position : Inspector of works

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess atleast a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision works

  • Candidate must be registered as certified Inspector of Works with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

  • Familiar with Rancangan Tebatan Banjir (RTB) projects. Local candidates from Batu Pahat are preferred

  • Strong team player with the ability to work indepently

  • Able to liase effectively with client, contractor, local authorities and relevant party

Job Descriptions

  • To assist the Resident Engineer and Assistant Resident Engineer in coordinating all inspection activities and resources

  • Witness inspections and testing

  • Report any non-conforming matters identified during inspection to the Resident Engineer and follow up with contractors to ensure corrective actions are taken

  • Attend all meetings with clients, contractors, local authorities and relevant parties as required

 

Batu Pahat, Johor

Position : CAD Engineer

Qualification and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD on civil and structural works

  • Knowledge and experience in Civil 3D and SketchUp will be added advantage

  • Strong attention to detail with good technical understanding

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Job Descriptions

  • Work closely with design engineers and project team to develop, review and finalise the drawings and update drawings during progress of project if required

  • Prepare civil and structural engineering drawings in accordance with standards and projects requirements within the required timeline

  • Maintain organised records of drawings and revisions
