Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

Policy Statement

RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd (“RPM” or “the Company”) is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, ethical conduct and quality services in all its business dealings and operations to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations.


This Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy sets out RPM’s principal requirements and expectations in the following core areas:

  1. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
    RPM strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. All personnel and associated parties shall not offer, promise, give, request, or accept any bribe or improper advantage, whether directly or indirectly in all its business dealings and activities
     

  2. ​Gifts and Hospitality
    Gifts, hospitality, entertainment, or similar benefits that may improperly influence, or be perceived to influence, business decisions are not permitted.
     

  3. Conflict of Interest
    Any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest shall be declared promptly and managed appropriately in accordance with the Company’s applicable requirements
     

  4. Ethical Business Conduct
    RPM engages only with business partners, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other associated parties who are expected to uphold ethical, lawful, and responsible business practices.
     

  5. Reporting and Whistle Blowing
    Any suspected misconduct, bribery, corruption, or breach of this Policy shall be reported through the appropriate reporting channels. Reports made in good faith, or on the basis of reasonable belief, will be treated confidentially and without retaliation.
     

  6. Quality Services and Delivery
    RPM's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and related Procedures apply to all employees, Directors, officers, business associates, and any other persons acting on behalf of RPM are prepared by qualified, experienced and skillful team; based on verified data and information; conform to local and international standards, rules and regulations; and are checked and endorsed by Professional Engineers and Authorised Persons.

Scope & Applicability

RPM's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and related procedures apply to all employees, Directors, officers, business associates, and any other persons acting on behalf of RPM

Whistleblowing

RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd encourages any individuals to report in good faith, any suspected, attempted or actual bribery within RPM Engineers Sdn Bhd. Reports may be submitted to the Whistleblowing Officer at: consult@rpm-engineers.com.my

Protection & Confidentiality

RPM Engineers is commited to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation or adverse consequences arising from disclosures made in good faith. The identity and confidentiality of whistleblowers will be safeguarded, and all reports will be treated strict confidence and investigated promptly.
