On May 2026, RPM Engineers concluded a successful Strategic Planning Retreat at Genting Highlands, bringing together all members of the Management Team to reflect on our achievements, and chart the company's strategic direction towards 2030.

Throughout the retreat, the team participated in constructive discussions and strategic planning sessions that led to the formulation of a new Mission Statement, Business Plan (RPM 2030), and the development of action plans aligned with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable business practices, responsible leadership, and long-term value creation for our stakeholders.
